Vice President of Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer, Thomas Reid oversees Onaro’s financial, legal and administrative activities, which include treasury, risk management, financial controls and human resources. Mr. Reid has extensive experience growing companies in fast-paced environments. He has managed early-stage companies to profitability and played a key role in successful IPOs and M&As.
Prior to joining Onaro, Mr. Reid served as vice president of finance and administration and CFO for ProQuent Systems Corporation, a provider of intelligent mobile data infrastructure. He also served as vice president of finance and CFO for Lexra, Inc., a venture-backed microprocessor IP licensing business. Prior to Lexra, Mr. Reid held management positions at GeoTel Communications, VMark Software and Deloitte & Touche. At GeoTel and VMark, he directed both companies from start-up to profitability to successful IPOs. GeoTel was sold to Cisco for approximately $2 billion in 1999. At Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Reid provided audit and management advice to venture-backed emerging technology companies. He earned his CPA certification and bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Stonehill College.
