Onaro Appoints Brett Hawkes as Director, Business Development
BOSTON, MA – May 23, 2006 – Onaro, Inc., the leader in storage service management (SSM), today announced that Brett Hawkes has joined the company as director of business development. Hawkes comes to Onaro from Aarohi Communications, acquired by Emulex Corporation earlier this month. He has more than 25 years of sales and sales management experience, with over 15 years in the storage industry.

At Aarohi Communications, Hawkes closed key tier-one OEM partnerships as director of OEM sales. Prior to Aarohi, he managed OEM relations for Vixel. Earlier in his career, he held sales and sales management positions with CommVault Systems, StorageTek and Stratus Computer. Hawkes holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Syracuse University.
